How many times have you said you are finding work stressful and need to find a way to switch off, yet you are constantly checking your work emails on evenings and weekends?
And how many times have you said those famous words, “I’ll start being good on Monday!”?

The most important investment you can make in your life, is to invest in yourself. This investment will allow you to look and feel better than ever as well as be there in the way you want to for your loved ones.
I have found the most success comes from talking with my clients every two weeks over a six month period. This allows for there to be momentum in what we are focusing on, whilst giving you time to put certain techniques into practice and tune in to what is working and what is not working for you. If there are any hiccups along the way, then you will quickly get back on track because we can discuss what needs to change and adjust as required.
However, I do also offer one-off sessions, especially for those who have not taken this step before and would like to take that first step without too much initial investment. If you require a programme with a different time frame and/or session frequency, I am more than happy to discuss this option further with you.
All sessions will be done on a 1:1 basis via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, or any other video call service you prefer. This not only works very well, saves on travel time for both of us but also allows me to keep my prices as competitive as possible to support more people. If you would prefer to do have your sessions face to face, this will be at an additional cost.

For the three and six months programmes the following is included in the price:
- Personalised 1:1 60min coaching sessions every two weeks (these are scheduled in before the programme starts)
- Personalised guidance and progress tracking to ensure you achieve any goals as quickly and effectively as possible
- Additional support and encouragement provided if needed, regarding the coaching topics we are working on, via text message 7 days a week between the hours of 9am and 9pm UK time (I will aim to answer text messages within half an hour of receiving the message but no longer than two hours of receipt, unless notified beforehand that there may be a time I will not have access e.g. during a flight)
- Confidential and non-judgmental support and complete active listening during our sessions for you to discuss anything you would like to
- Recipes and food preparation tips if required
- Makeup and skincare hints and tops if required
